About us
Who We Are
DISTANTLIGHT.ORG is a charitable non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children in Southeast Asia in particular, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. Established in 2010, the organization focus on providing short sighted children with new eye-glasses that will improve their learning needs and quality of life.
The organization has successfully implemented programs in Indonesia and Cambodia through orphanages and is expanding its scope in other countries. We also provide funding to charities and similarly minded individuals with shared vision for implementing programs in the region.
